Free products can be downloaded immediately from the site. Premium products are delivered after payment confirmation and include a license key and secure download link.
No. Free products do not generate license keys. License keys are only used for premium products to protect purchases and support update access.
Premium purchases include update access. Free products may also receive updates, but timing and support can vary by release.
Premium license keys are intended for one server. If you need multiple servers, you should purchase additional licenses.
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payments are processed securely and encrypted end-to-end.
Because premium products are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are limited. If a product is materially defective and we cannot resolve it, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
